Accommodation

• Outside pictures of the accommodation can be found on the gallery page
• All participants will stay on the site of the Land Commandery Alden Biesen in clean and comfortable double rooms with single beds with sanitary facilities (shower, sink, toilet). Towels and sheets will be provided for.
• When participants choose a standard double room, they will share it with another participant. We will hereby take into account gender and personal preferences which can be passed on after selection. Exceptions to this rule are possible in certain conditions (couple, brother/sister).
• It is possible to choose for single room. The supplement for a single room is set to 90 EUR per night for the total duration of their stay and will be added to the registration fee. Single rooms will be allotted on the basis of the “first come, first serve” principle. The number of participants that can choose for a single room is however limited.

Piano LAB will do its very best to organise and facilitate the following recreative activities for all its participants:

• A recreative room with comfortable chairs / sofa, snacks and beverages
• A table tennis table
• Various outdoor sports activities
• Excursion
• Optional : quiz night

Besides, the Alden Biesen site offers

• plenty of possibilities to go for a short or long walk
• a bicyle tour (requires a supplement fee paid by the participant)
